ACDC Workshop on Networks, interacting particles, and continuous limits

The goal of this workshop is to explore topics at the intersection of networks and combinatorics, dynamical systems and interacting particle systems, and mean-field and continuous limits.

The program will include a number of invited talks and contributed speakers.

The workshop will run from lunchtime on Mon Dec 7 (giving participants time to travel in the morning) through lunchtime on Wed Dec 9.

SOCIAL DINNER: There will be a social dinner on Tuesday evening at 19:00 in Indrapura (https://indrapura.nl/). Address: Rembrandtplein 40, 1017 CV Amsterdam.

The restaurant is in the city center and it takes around 30 minutes from VU Amsterdam by public transport. You can take the Metro Line 51 from Amstelveenseweg or Amsterdam Zuid to Waterlooplein.

A registration link and payment form will open soon. If you want to attend it, it will cost 50€ or free if you are an ACDC member or invited speaker. We will ONLY accept online payments via the form and we will not take in-person payments.

Location: The workshop will happen in the Maryam seminar room at the 9th floor of the New University (NU) building Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, address: De Boelelaan 1111, 1081 HV Amsterdam. You can get here by train since the University is only 5 minutes walk from Amsterdam Zuid. For those coming by plane, we recommend taking the train from Schipol Airport to Amsterdam Zuid, which is only 6 minutes.
